Notice of KLiK Service Termination and Data Privacy Policy

Hello, this is the KLiK Team.

First and foremost, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for sharing this unfortunate news with our valued members who have trusted and used KLiK.

Due to the service operaing environment and the results of internal review, it has become difficult to continue providing the service. Accordingly, we regret to inform you that the KLiK service will be discontinued as of 2026.06.08(MON).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the discontinuation of the service, and we will provide sufficient guidance and support to ensure that you can access and use the necessary information until the service ends.

Major Schedule

- Suspension of New Sign-ups: 26.05.07(THU) 14:00

- Suspension of App Installations: 2026.05.08(FRI) 00:00

- Final Service Termination: 2026.06.08(MON) 00:00

- Customer Support will also conclude at the same time. After operations end, inquiries can be submitted via helpdesk@jobkorea.co.kr

Notice for Members

- Deletion of Personal Information and Resumes

- All activity data, including your valuable termination date, will be destroyed without delay following the service termination date in accordance with relevant laws. Please note that data retrieval and recovery will be impossible..
- Please ensure that you save any necessary information separately before 00:00 on June 8, 2026(Mon).

- Guidance on Ongoing Job Applications

- After the service is discontinued, companies will no longer be able to access applicant information.
- Please ensure that any ongoing recruitment processes are completed before the service end date or proceed separately by contacting the company representatives if necessary.

Important Notice

  1. - Access to the web and app will be completely restricted after the service is discontinued.
  2. - All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, so please ensure that you complete any necessary backups in advance.
