Eligibility Requirements
  • C-3-1 (General Short-term)

    All individuals within the scope of short-term visit (C-3) activities, excluding Pure Tourism (C-3-2) ~ Overseas Korean Visit (C-3-9) below

  • C-3-2 (Group Tourism)

    Individuals entering for guaranteed individual/group tourism where travel agency assumes responsibility if stay period is exceeded, small-scale trade activities at ports, etc.

  • C-3-3 (Medical Tourism)

    Short-term visitors among those subject to medical tourism visa and certificate of visa issuance guidelines

  • C-3-4 (General Business)

    Business activity personnel for market research, business contact, consultation, contracts, small-scale trade activities, and APEC card holders entering without visa

  • C-3-5 (Agreement-based Short-term Business)

    Individuals entering for short-term business purposes under agreement

    Limited to CEPA, FTA, etc. (India, Chile)

  • C-3-6 (Preferred Company-invited Short-term Business)

    Individuals invited by companies or organizations designated as preferred companies

  • C-3-7 (Arrival Tourism)

    Individuals entering airport to receive arrival visa

  • C-3-8 (Overseas Korean Visit)

    Those eligible for overseas Korean visit visa

  • C-3-9 (General Tourism)

    General tourists not included in C-3-2 (group tourism, etc.)

  • C-3-10 (Pure Transit)

    Individuals transiting through Korea to third countries; cannot be used for immigration inspection purposes

    Seafarers entering as passengers on aircraft or ships to board vessels anchored or scheduled to anchor domestically

    Visa application form, passport, photo, fee, documents establishing local corporation in India, certificate of employment or dispatch order specifying employment period, invitation letter and other documents proving purpose of negotiation for sales of goods or services or preparation for establishing investment company, invitation letter (including copy of inviting company's business registration or corporate register) and other documents proving business purpose

  • General Tourism (C-3-9)

    Visa application form, passport, photo, fee, documents proving financial ability or identity for paying domestic stay expenses, for Southeast Asian students: documents proving enrollment (enrollment certificate or student ID) and parents' financial ability documents for visa issuance, for incentive tourism: financial ability documents waived when guarantee from organizing company is submitted

  • Pure Transit (C-3-10)

    Visa application form, passport, photo, fee, travel itinerary, reasons for designating Korean port as transit point, etc.

  • Relief Crew (C-3-11)

    Health status confirmation, COVID-19 health certificate, quarantine consent form, seafarer's identity document (seaman's book, etc.), ship's nationality certificate, employment contract, domestic port entry/departure notice

    Can be replaced with PCR negative confirmation
