Eligibility Requirements
- Individuals dispatched by foreign newspapers, broadcasting, magazines, or other media organizations to engage in coverage and reporting activities while stationed in Korea
- Individuals engaging in coverage and reporting activities while stationed in Korea under contract with foreign media organizations
- Individuals dispatched by foreign newspapers, broadcasting, magazines, or other media organizations with branch or bureau offices already established in Korea to engage in coverage and reporting activities domestically

- Fee
- Dispatch order or certificate of employment
- Domestic branch/bureau office establishment permit or documents proving domestic branch/bureau office operating fund introduction
