Eligibility Requirements
- Individuals dispatched by foreign religious or social welfare organizations to work at domestically registered branches
- Individuals dispatched by foreign religious or social welfare organizations to engage in religious activities at related domestic religious organizations
- Individuals invited by medical, educational, relief organizations operated by affiliated religious organizations to engage in missionary or social welfare activities
- Individuals recommended by domestic religious organizations to engage in ascetic practice, training, or research activities at such religious organizations
- Individuals invited by domestic religious or social welfare organizations to engage only in social welfare activities
