Individuals establishing companies in Korea to operate businesses or engage in commercial activities
Trade visa point system applicants
Requirements: Score 60 or more points out of total 160 points, mandatory item score 10 or more points
Permission requirements: Business registration completed in applicant's own name, no violation of Immigration Control Act within 3 years from application date
Submission documents: 1. Certificate of visa issuance application, passport copy, 2. Business registration copy, 3. Unique trade business number certificate (issued by Korea International Trade Association) copy, 4. Original and copy of joint business agreement (for joint business partners), 5. Lease contract, 6. Documents proving point system applicable scores, 7. Trade performance: "Import/Export Performance Certificate" (issued by Korea International Trade Association), 8. Trade field expertise: career certificate, degree, education completion certificate, etc., 9. Other capital documents, TOPIK score sheet, Social Integration Program completion certificate, etc.
Technology providers dispatched or invited to companies importing industrial equipment (machinery) to provide necessary technology for equipment installation/operation/maintenance
Submission documents: 1. Certificate of visa issuance application, passport copy, 1 standard photo, 2. Invitation letter, 3. Equipment introduction contract or industrial equipment introduction documents, 4. Dispatch order, 5. Inviting company's business registration copy or corporate register, 6. Annual tax payment certificate
Individuals dispatched for supervision of shipbuilding and industrial equipment manufacturing
Submission documents: 1. Certificate of visa issuance application, passport copy, 1 standard photo, 2. Invitation letter, 3. Order contract copy, 4. Dispatch order, 5. Inviting company's business registration copy or corporate register, 6. Annual tax payment certificate
