Required Documents
  • Standard employment contract
  • Traveler's insurance certificate; if unable to submit insurance certificate: Issue certificate of visa issuance first, then submit supplementary later through local government
  • Documents proving domestic worker recruitment efforts: Copy of job advertisement contents, final recruitment results, etc.
  • Foreign seasonal worker documents: Foreign seasonal worker passport copy; for MOU foreigners: agricultural/fishery work history in home country; for relatives within 4th degree (including spouse) of marriage immigrants: family relationship certificate issued by country of residence
  • Accommodation inspection documents: Foreign seasonal worker accommodation inspection confirmation, including photos (A. Building panorama B. Room C. Toilet/shower room including at least 2 photos)
  • MOU copy: Submit once per year by local government
