Eligibility Requirements
Individuals who held Korean nationality by birth (including overseas Koreans who emigrated abroad before establishment of Korean government) and acquired foreign nationality
Lineal descendants of individuals corresponding to above who acquired foreign nationality
Men who first renounced Korean nationality or lost nationality after May 1, 2018, restricted from F-4 visa status grant until December 31 of year turning 40 without military service performance or exemption disposition
