Eligibility Requirements
  • F-6-1

    Individuals with validly established marriage in Korea intending to stay domestically to continue marital life with Korean nationals

  • F-6-2

    Father or mother raising or intending to raise domestically minor children born in marital relationship (including de facto marital relationship) with nationals after marital relationship dissolution

  • F-6-3

    Individuals who stayed in Korea married to Korean national spouse but cannot maintain normal marital relationship due to death, disappearance, or other reasons not attributable to themselves, recognized by the Minister of Justice
