Common Responsibilities:
- Exhibit excellent English language skills and a profound understanding of the US cultural context.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams, including designers, product managers, and more.
- Possess strong critical thinking skills and enjoy deriving solutions or insights from extensive data, whether qualitative or quantitative.
UX Research Responsibilities:
- Organize research projects and manage operational aspects from scheduling interviews and preparing materials to handling compensation.
- Conduct user research through various methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create detailed research reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that inform product development and design.
UX Writing Responsibilities:
- Craft messages that align with Manta’s tone and voice, enhancing the user's experience.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging content across all interfaces.
- Maintain quality control over all written content on the platform.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in UX research or Writing. (You can still apply without an experience)
- Strong English skills and a deep understanding of US culture.
- Strong Korean skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders in both Korean and English.
- A strong interest in and desire to learn about UX research and/or UX writing.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to derive insights from diverse data sets.
- Observant with a keen interest in solving user problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in webcomics or the content business.
- Experience in both UX research and writing is a plus.
- Enjoy creative writing and content creation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
