[HR Talk] INPSIRE Entertainment Resort Customer Care Center에서 비대면 예약실 업무 및 고객상담 업무를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 호텔 및 서비스 관련 학과 출신을 선호하며, 영어 또는 제2외국어(중국어 또는 일본어) 가능한 분을 선호합니다. 신입급 후보자도 지원 가능하나, 관련분야 인턴 또는 실습생 경험이 있으신 분은 우대합니다. 업무상 다양한 국적의 Guest와의 Global Communication이 주 업무인 포지션으로 영어 외 중국어 또는 일본어를 통해 Clear하게 자신의 의견을 전달하고 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다. Position Summary: The Customer Care Center Agent is responsible for running smooth and efficient daily operation. Create a positive first impression for all guests by responding in accordance with the Service Standard of each communication channel. Provide top-notch service by having a customer focused attitude. As a revenue generated department, each agent must be aware of any sales opportunities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to Customer Care Center Standard Operation Procedure which in line with company standard. Maintain a high level of service attitude to all internal and external in every aspect. Ensure customer complaints and inquiries are handled in a courteous and efficient manner to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Attend all incoming call according to the Customer Care Center Standards. Perform all outbound calls according to Customer Care Center Standards. Respond all correspondence once received according to Customer Care Center Standards. Enter Hotel and Casino reservations in Reservation System accurately in timely manner. Handle all in-house guests’ requests by dispatching through respective system accurately in timely manner. Ensure all hotel product knowledge, promotion and package are up to date. Listen attentively and actively to all guests’ inquiries to bring exceptional service while increasing the sales opportunity. Perform ad hoc assignments delegated by Team Leader or Manager in timely manner. Assist Team Leader and Managers on daily operation requirements. Be supportive and flexible to other colleagues within the department. Focusing on the success of hotel and guest satisfaction. Be flexible on any operational changes. Take care of the company assets.

Minimum Education and Qualifications: Professional experience in the Hospitality industry a plus Good organizational skills and an ability for problem-solving Strong user of Microsoft Office Products a plus Desired Characteristics: Great communicator, Self-motivated, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to internal departments and external groups. Excellent Korean and English (or Chinese, or Japanese) written and communication skills. Knowledge of Japanese and/or other foreign language highly advantageous Good written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and multi-tasking skills Capable to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential. Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea.
