Position : Airport Services Supervisor(공항담당, 일본어 가능자 우대, 5년 이상)
Summary:
This position mainly collaborates with the Business Development Team to ensure together we make our VIPs enjoy a smooth and seamless experience from the moment they arrive in Korea. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service to our VIPs and ensure smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Act as the first contact point and serve as the face of Inspire for our VIP guests, ensuring personalized and attentive service from arrival to departure.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Casino, Butlers, Transportation, and Concierge, to coordinate VIP services and ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Guest Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized and attentive service for their arrival and departure.
Assist customers with reservations, rate quotes, customer concerns, lost and found, and answer general questions.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with VIP clientele to enhance guest loyalty.
Efficiently provide transportation and luggage services for every arriving and departing VIPs at the airport.
VIP Experience Creativity:
Collaborate with various resort departments to seamlessly deliver VIP services, including Transportation, Front desk, and Concierge.
Explain local amenities and attractions for VIPs upon request.
Technology Utilization:
Utilize technology including Pads, phones, and 2-way radios to assist VIPs with the company app, a language interpretation app, etc.
Hospitality Standards:
Uphold and reinforce the resort's standards of excellence in hospitality and service.
Conduct quality control checks of our Chauffeurs, ensuring they are following the company's dress code, are at the right location at the right time and are using the proper signage, and VIPs names are spelled correctly.
Reporting:
The ability to verify the transportation report in advance and prepare for all arriving VIPs and departing VIPs.
Stay up-to-date with changes in airport regulations and procedures.
Collect feedback from VIP guests’ preferences, and satisfaction levels while engaging, and input daily log for briefing, shift handover, and management purposes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other resort departments to coordinate VIP services and create a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
Take incoming calls and respond appropriately to all inquiries direct incoming calls when necessary.
Training and Development:
Participate in all the assigned internal training and development.
Using the knowledge and skills to achieve personal career development.우대사항
Education and Qualifications:
Bilingual skill is a must.
Ability to communicate in Korean and Japanese or Chinese. English advantageous.
Enthusiastic and passionate about interacting with the prestige people from around the world. Especially but not only limited to Japan/China.
Must have at least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Customer service orientation
Ability to multi-task under time pressure.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Interaction with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work on his/her own feet for eight hours or more.
Availability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidaysshifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
