The operations team of the Global Sports Business Master Program, hosted by a leading European sports business school, is recruiting a 1-month short-term intern to support the execution of the program. This international project brings European graduate students in sports business to Korea each year, where they participate in a four-week, field-based educational program. We are looking for a dedicated team member to help manage and operate the program from start to finish.
Position: Support for the Operation of the Global Sports Business Master Korean Program
1. Student Management & Communication
Tracking attendance and maintaining records
Responding to student inquiries and providing guidance
Collecting and incorporating student feedback
2. Lecture & Program Support
Setting up and checking classroom equipment (projectors, microphones, etc.)
Assisting with technical issues during lectures
Providing schedule updates and announcements
Taking photographs during program activities
Organizing the classroom and managing lost items after each class
3. On-site Activity Management
Supervising student safety and coordination during off-campus visits
Taking attendance during bus transportation and managing punctuality
Managing students in assigned teams
4. Safety & Emergency Response
Monitoring student health and safety throughout the program
Responding quickly to emergencies and requesting medical assistance if needed
Participation Encouragement & Atmosphere Building
5. Encouraging active participation in classes and activities
Supporting less engaged students to get involved
Assisting with team activities and group dynamics
6. Conflict Resolution & Environment Management
Maintaining a positive and inclusive program environment
Providing individual support for students (e.g., injuries, personal needs)
Monitoring student adaptation and sharing feedback with the team
7. Program Review & Reporting
Writing weekly program review reports
Assessing lectures and activities and suggesting improvements

The Global Sports Business Master Program primarily consists of lectures from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m., supplemented by 3 external site visits and field activities per week, along with a weekly day tour. Working hours may vary depending on the program schedule, but the basic workday is 9 hours. On approximately 6 days during the program, work will end before 2 PM. There is no weekend work, but please note that evening work will be required on May 13 (Tue), May 26 (Mon), and May 30 (Fri) due to scheduled program events.
