담당업무
1. Responsible for the company's comprehensive administrative support, assist sales to carry out daily business support, including but not limited to document sorting, data translation, meeting arrangement and travel management.
2. Responsible for the daily management and coordination of the office.
3. Assist in the company's daily business reception activities & outreach support.
4. Assist the headquarters to complete other administrative related work.
5. License application: assist the company in handling the relevant licenses required for operation. Maintain relations with local governments and coordinate the handling of emergencies.우대사항
1. Language ability: proficient in Korean and English, able to use it fluently as a working language, and conduct daily communication and business communication.
2. Work experience: 1 year or more of administrative related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates can also actively apply.
3. Other abilities: team spirit, good at problem solving.
