Performance Marketing:
- Own, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Regularly monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for growth and adjusting strategies to align with evolving algorithms.
Email and SMS Marketing:
- Own, develop, and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns tailored to customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future strategy.
Data and Reporting:
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards.
- Gather and analyze data across email, SMS, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for optimization우대사항
Requirements:
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns is a MUST.
- We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, email, and SMS.
- Proficiency in eCommerce marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
