담당업무
Responsibilities - Extract, process, and validate data essential for business decision-making - Create and manage dashboards for multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations) - Build data sets and check for errors to support repetitive or complex tasks that are challenging for non-technical teams - Work closely with the General Manager supporting across various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations) - Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis and managing cross functional stakeholders - Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis which lead to actionable insights for continuous improvement - Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed
우대사항
Requirements - Fresh graduates with past internship experience in business or data analytics are welcome to apply - Expertise in Excel is a must, SQL/Python preferred - Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English and Korean as you will be supporting the Korea market - Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
근무조건
Working Arrangements: 6-months, 5 days a week as follows: - Monday to Wednesday: 2 PM – 6 PM - Thursday to Friday: 12 PM – 4 PM
