[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]
- Manage and operate brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and create visual/video content (from ideation to production and editing)
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
- Research trends and generate engaging content ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns via social channels우대사항
[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]
- Bachelor’s degree in visual design, Communication Design, or related field
+1-6 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or the beauty industry
- Hands-on experience in content creation: planning, shooting, and editing
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts (brand or personal IP)
- Fluent in both Korean and English (Chinese: Nice to have)
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.모집요강
