Job Description - Content Creation: Developing engaging content (images, videos) for our Instagram and other social media platforms, focusing on products and stores (CASETiFY Studios and Flagship store). Trying a new test & learns in content creation such as livestreaming, talent featuring reels (store staffs or training manager) what will lead higher engagement with customers. - Brand Alignment: Help ensure that all content reflects the brand's voice and style, contributing to increased brand awareness and customer engagement. - Content Scheduling: Support the maintenance of a content calendar to ensure regular posting and alignment with marketing campaigns with the social media team. - Community Interaction: Monitor comments and messages on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and engaging with our audience to build a strong online community. - Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking social media metrics to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements based on insights. - Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to help keep our content fresh and relevant.
우대사항
Requirement - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Some experience with social media content creation (internships or personal projects) is a plus - Familiarity with major social media platforms (especially Instagram) is essential. - Strong written communication skills with a passion for storytelling. - Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe tools, film making tools) is mandatory. - A willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback and performance data. - Portfolio attachment is needed
