Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the K-Beauty and K-Pop export industries.
- Analyze customer supply chain needs to create customized logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Build strategic partnerships with Korean brands, entertainment agencies, and manufacturers to expand their international presence.
- Stay informed on K-Culture trends, export regulations, and global market demands to offer proactive solutions.
- Ensure smooth implementation of UPS services, including technology solutions, and provide training for client teams.
- Represent UPS at trade shows and networking events related to K-Culture industries.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts regular sales calls and visits to businesses in the K-Beauty, K-Pop & K-Fashion sectors.
- Identifies sales opportunities, qualifies leads, and executes sales strategies to win new accounts.
- Prepares detailed action plans and customized presentations to meet specific client needs.
- Manages account setups, ensuring seamless onboarding and satisfaction with UPS Small Package services.
- Proactively follows up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain strong relationships.우대사항
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welcome who has experienced these industry experience and knowledge
- Deep knowledge of the K-Culture export markets, including key players and trends.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales or account management, preferably in logistics or international trade.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean to effectively engage with local and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
