Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-impact talent events, including interviews, livestreams, and fan meetings, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee filming and production processes (script writing, finding out studios etc), ensuring seamless execution and top-tier content quality.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce innovative talent content, providing feedback to optimize and refine designs.
- Develop creative concepts for exclusive talent interviews that captivate and resonate with audiences.
- Analyse content performance and implement strategies to maximize audience impact and engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with talent agencies and key external partners to elevate brand visibility.
- Ideate and develop promotion plans for major events, ensuring maximum reach and impact.우대사항
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and/or the entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Quick learner with a curious mindset.
- Good understanding of international audience.
- Able to work well in team environments.
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous experience in marketing, media, talent agency, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in managing/using social media platforms.
- Experience with subscription-based media companies, understanding user engagement and retention strategies.
- Proven experience in running regional campaigns across North America, LATAM, SEA, Oceania, India, or Europe, tailoring strategies to local markets.
- Additional language proficiency in Chinese, Portuguese, or other languages is a plus.모집요강
