Responsibilities - Strategic Collaboration?South Korea Market: Drive business growth in the South Korea market. Responsible for supporting the localization of the product features for the South Korean market. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to the South Korean audience. - Freelancer & Agency Recruitment and Management: Recruit external freelancers or agencies to help out with influencer recruitment and negotiation. Manage the freelancers or agencies closely to supervise their performance. - Relationship Building: Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships that benefit all parties involved. - Creative Content: Collaborate closely with influencers to create engaging, on-brand content, while staying informed about evolving content trends, with the aim of maximizing conversion possibilities. - Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and deliver the best possible results. - Ad Hoc Support: Collaborate on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to supercharge our team!
우대사항
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related. - 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing and social media, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Having resources for influencer profiles would be an added plus. - Strong understanding of the South Korean market, with deep insights into Korean culture and consumer behavior. - Native Korean speaker or individual with a near-native level of fluency in Korean, both written and spoken. Great command of English. Good command of Polish/Russian/Turkish would be an added plus. - Deep understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, KakaoTalk, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and the influencer & social media landscape. - Excellent communication & negotiation skills and capability to maintain great working relationships with influencers/freelancers/agencies. 복리후생 - Fully remote working. - 15 days Annual Paid Leave - Learning Benefit - Tech Allowance
