Comprehensive approach to project communications from July to December 2025. Through press releases, knowledge products, digital outreach, and event support, the consultant will help ensure strong visibility and alignment with GGGI, AKCF, and ASEAN standards. The final deliverables—including the annual newsletter and summary report—will capture key outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations to support continued impact and effective stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or journalism, with a preference for experience in international development, climate, or environmental sectors
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Proven ability to produce engaging content across various media platforms
- Experience supporting multi-country projects or regional initiatives in ASEAN
- Strong coordination and project management skills, especially in stakeholder engagement
