Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Native English Teacher to join our international kindergarten program, operated in close collaboration with Suseong University. The successful candidate will work on-site at the university’s campus, assisting in English language instruction and providing care and educational support to young learners. Key Responsibilities - Assist in English language classes as a native speaker - Lead and participate in indoor and outdoor learning activities - Support day-to-day student management - Communicate with parents regarding student development - Contribute to other academic and operational duties as assigned Qualifications - Native English speaker from the United States or Canada - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited university - A degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is strongly preferred - Applicants with a recognized teaching license or early childhood certification will be given strong consideration

우대사항

Preferred Qualifications - TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent teaching qualification - Overseas educational experience - Local residents of Daegu or Suseong-gu will receive preference

근무조건

Working Conditions Work Schedule: 5days a week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) Work Location: On-campus at Suseong University, Suseong-gu, Daegu Salary & Benefits Salary: KRW 3.6 million to 4.55 million per month (depending on experience and qualifications) Accommodation: Provided Meals & Snacks: Daily lunch and snacks provided Additional Benefits: - Four major insurances (pension, health, employment, industrial accident) - Severance pay upon contract completion - Overtime allowances - Rest time during work hours - Housing Allowance
