In this opportunity as Marketing Specialist, Korea, you will:
- Plan and execute integrated local marketing campaigns aligned with global, regional, and product strategies.
- Develop marketing & events strategies using customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee marketing budgets and investments, optimising for ROI and performance.
- Communicate marketing plans and tools to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Provide guidance to junior team members or external partners, demonstrating strong people management skills.우대사항
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Marketing Specialist, Korea if you have the following required qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, account-based marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Hootsuite, Eloqua, Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to independently determine methods and procedures for marketing initiatives.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
- A solid understanding of budget management and the financial impact of marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and effectively manage team members and external vendors.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.모집요강
