We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to lead our mobile app development and build something meaningful from the ground up. About Us
At PhyxUp Health, we focus on solving real problems in rehab therapy through our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) solution. Our platform helps healthcare providers track patient progress remotely, improve outcomes, and unlock new revenue without extra burden on their staff.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Is excited to lead and own our mobile app
Wants to take full ownership and make technical decisions that shape our product
Can work independently and push things forward without waiting for direction
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team
Cares about building tools that truly help people
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have a degree in CS (or related field)
Have built and shipped Flutter apps with a team
Are comfortable with Dart, UI design, state management, and APIs
Have experience deploying mobile apps to both Android and iOS
Are comfortable communicating in English at a business level
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, etc.)
Used Firebase as a backend
Willingness to learn and help out with backend components (Python/Django/Celery)
What You'll Do
Own our mobile experience, design, build, and scale it as we grow
Collaborate closely with the team to improve the app for both patients and clinicians
Continuously test, iterate, and improve based on real user feedback
