Global objective: The Sourcing Assistant Manager is responsible for contract manufacturing and will manage beauty products sub-contracting sourcing, and packaging associated, in North Asia region.
- Responsible for new launch sourcing and ensure on-time in full launch with the right cost / quality / sustainability / agility in collaboration with other Operations partners.
- Responsible for supplier selection, price justification and negotiation, risk assessment, capacity management as well as supplier relationship management.
- Drive for cost saving ideas with TCO approach and ensure results delivered properly with closely follow-up and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Close communication and collaboration with counterparts in North Asia zones on localization launches and run bidding/benchmark.
- Be accountable for Economic performance, yearly budget, trend and PPV management.
- Capture innovation from suppliers/market and promote.
- Responsible for supplier performance evaluation and improvement on competitiveness, supply chain, quality, CSR and innovation.
- Support Regional and WW category sourcing on strategy setup, new suppliers’ integration and development, as well as other transversal projects.
- Other administration work, such as price registration, reporting analysis etc.우대사항
WHO YOU ARE:
- University graduate
- At least +4~8 years of Direct sourcing.
- Experience of packaging or contract manufacturing sourcing is a plus.
- Experience of cosmetics industry or international ecosystem is a plus
- English fluency mandatory
- Ethic, open and flexible mind, problem-solving, team player, autonomy.
- Good communication, organization, work methodology and negotiation skills.
- Excel and PowerPoint mastery skills.모집요강
