What You’ll Do
- Analyze sales and delivery performance, delivering insightful recommendations to optimize operations.
- Develop KPIs, tools, and dashboards to streamline business processes and boost productivity.
- Build expertise not only in the local Korean Automotive market but also other general markets impacting automotive industry to provide proactive insights to field sales leaders.
- Maintain consistency, reliability, and quality across standard reports while supporting data needs for local marketing campaigns.
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses in response to requests from sales and delivery teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance metrics, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Serve as an expert on databases, systems, and applications, offering guidance to Sales users on processes, reports, and tools.
- Collaborate with managers to pinpoint improvement areas and promote effective use of analytics resources.우대사항
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in analytics related field (Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science)
- Strong experience with SQL, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools
- Experience with Python or other programming language is a plus
- Knowledge of Database Management concepts
- Data-Driven, analytic and proactive mindset with can do anything attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics
