담당업무
[Global Sales Operation] - Comprehensive support for global business operations · Assist in managing the performance of regional headquarters, subsidiaries, and distributors, including wholesale and retail sales management, sales promotion cost management, and Order To Delivery management (order, production, payment, shipping) - Aid in timely production and shipping management by regions & models to enhance global sales and profitability - Analyze market trends and current issues to identify needs and improvement opportunities for global business operations - Manage transportation logistics (inland/sea/air/customizing), transportation insurance, payment & credit status (L/C, TT, etc.), shipping documents, and internal accounting [Global Product Planning] - Propose and establish export product operation plan considering global market demand/competitive environment/consumer analysis - Establish regional operation plans such as design/specifications/powertrain/new technology proposal through target analysis - Conduct optimal sales pricing by region and new car launch support - Support launch of new models through participating in major motor show/press conference test drive and making product guidebook [Global Service Operation] - Overall management of customer ownership enhancement in after-sales service area · Manage the global service network, train and support international technicians, optimize and streamline maintenance manuals - Support global warranty & repair operations through timely supply of A/S parts and technical assistance - Improve customer retention by conducting customer satisfaction surveys, managing the customized parts & accessories business, and optimizing repair procedures - Develop service guidelines that include diagnostic information, work procedures, and technical data, review new technology implementations and support quality control (QC) activities with partners - Develop app/web manuals and provide digital content (How to Video) utilizing 3D repair procedures for effective service channel management ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will be reviewed. ※ Depending on departmental assignment after joining, you may be placed in a role that differs from your preferred position.
