담당업무
[Brand Marketing Communications] - Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events utilizing our brand assets - Campaign content creation and event operation through collaboration with related departments [In-Store Digital CX Strategy and Global Roll-out] - Plan and develop digital content and tools for use in domestic and international automotive dealer stores - Establish in-store customer experience strategies and implement/operate globally [AI Service Planning/Application(Vehicle/Customer Channel)] - Plan and strategize customer-centric AI services and collaborate for development (generative AI-based service scenario planning) - Communication for global AI service operations (coordinating with overseas and development teams, supporting AI service launch events, etc.) - Manage AI training data (brand, vehicle information) and enhance services through customer insight analysis ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will undergo review. ※ Depending on departmental assignment after joining, you may be placed in a role that differs from your preferred position.
