What You’ll Do - Develop innovative, consumer insight-driven Korea marketing plans that drive brand credibility, user growth, and profit. - Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across all traveler touchpoints with full creative and executional control. - Uncover customer insights based on strong consumer understanding, seasonality, and business metrics. - Optimize marketing mix to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. - Analyze and report marketing impact to understand and improve key business metrics - Partner with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects and global-scale campaigns. - Stay ahead of the curve. Track market trends, competitive landscape changes, consumer insights - to spot opportunities and lead the industry.

What You’ll Need - 6+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online and/or consumer marketing. - Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs. - Strong understanding of consumer insights and media landscape in the local market. - Strong leadership with the ability to work across matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environments. - Communication skills in both Korean and English - Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. - Resilient under pressure, highly collaborative, adaptable to change, and thrives in dynamic, constantly evolving settings. - Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence - A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required - Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment and constantly evolving environment.
