Program Overview

Qualifications
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
2) Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean (mandatory). English communication skills sufficient for international workplace collaboration.
3) Experience: Previous internship or part-time experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
4) Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork mindset, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
1) Visa Status: Eligible to work in Korea (Korean citizen or valid work authorization).
2) Duration: Commitment to complete the full 6-months program.
3) Schedules: Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedules as required by hotel operations.
4) Personal Attributes: Positive attitude toward learning, feedback, and collaboration.
