In this Role, you’ll get to
- Handle B2B customer service tasks for partner hotels and partners
- Resolve partner inquiries via phone, email, and real-time chat (e.g., reservations, system usage)
- Promote promotions to partner hotels and partners
- Collaborate with related departments to improve partner satisfaction우대사항
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Graduates or expected graduates from a four-year university
- Own a valid working authorisation or work visa in the local
- Proficiency in business English (B1 and above); Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Preference for those with experience in 5-star hotels, OTA travel agencies, or call centers모집요강
