In this role, you will:
- Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour, and assist in responding to basic queries about our products, services, and policies
- Support the move-in and move-out processes for members ensuring a smooth experience
- Assist in the day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional
- Perform administrative support such as manning the reception, answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing
- Support the planning and execution of community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members우대사항
Pre-requisites for this role include:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum 6 months.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills모집요강
