담당업무
Responsibilities - Support day-to-day operational needs for the SMB Korea team and advertisers - Assist with onboarding and early-stage support for new TikTok Shop advertisers - Localize and translate playbooks, narratives, and product materials for the Korea market - Prepare campaign documents and simple performance reports - Conduct light market/industry research to support growth initiatives - Own small internal projects to improve workflows or client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Shop, Marketing, Ops, Product)

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred) - High Korean and English skill, both oral and written are required for internal and external communication. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in execution - Interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, and SMB growth - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
