In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing of accommodation inventory
Initiate the contracting process with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellent relationships with supplier vendors
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize supplier’s product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness
- Familiar with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge and process
- Advise suppliers on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis
- Other assigned tasks and projects etc.우대사항
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent in Korean, conversational in English is a must
- Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business
- A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability
- Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required
- Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time모집조건
