[Hiring] Head Chef – White Rabbit (Hongdae, Seoul) White Rabbit is an all day brunch bistro in Hongdae, featuring a blend of "fin-de-siècle" French vibes, art galleries, and a live performance stage. We are looking for a creative and visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen and redefine our culinary identity, centered around the French Pancake. 🎨 Key Responsibilities Menu Development & Oversight: Innovate and manage a signature all-day brunch menu and wine-pairing side dishes, all centered on the versatile French Pancake. Kitchen Management: Full responsibility for kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and workflow optimization. Artistic Plating: Craft creative and experimental dishes that resonate with our diverse, international clientele. ✅ Qualifications Deep understanding of French-based techniques and European food & beverage culture. Proven leadership experience in kitchen management and menu development. Preferred: Background or experience in French pastries and desserts. 🕒 Terms & Conditions Location: White Rabbit, Hongdae, Seoul (Entire 4-story building) Schedule: 5 days a week (Wednesday – Sunday) / Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (Including breaks and mealtime). Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and portfolio (to be discussed during the interview). Hours: 5 days/wk, 10 hours/day, Flexible / To be discussed. Break Time: 1-hour lunch(provided) break. Salary: 36,000,000/yr - Negotiable based on experience and creativity.
