What you’ll do:
- Be exposed to the overall execution of Klook’s business development efforts
- Product Onboarding: Support new travel product onboarding, including attractions, tours, and event tickets.
- Account Support: Respond to merchant inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to generate insights and recommendations for growth.
- Quality Assessment: Conduct product quality checks to ensure consistency and performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and support improvements across team processes and systems.우대사항
What you’ll need:
- Language: Native Korean, fluent English
- Education: 4th year university students or graduates of universities.
- Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external parties.
- Analysis: Capable of basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organization: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and responsible in a dynamic environment.
