Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership & Team Management Lead and develop the marketing team with clear goals, strong execution standards, and effective cross-functional collaboration across performance, content, and CRM. CRM & Marketing Automation Design integrated CRM-driven marketing structures (e.g. Salesforce, Kakao CRM), connecting paid media, landing pages, and customer data across the full funnel—from lead to retention. Data-Driven & Digital Marketing Drive digital transformation by improving data utilization, reporting, and insight-based decision-making to build a performance-focused marketing culture. Performance Marketing & Global Collaboration Align with global and regional PPC teams, act as the local performance lead, and oversee campaign results in collaboration with agencies and stakeholders. Brand, Content & Local Marketing Lead brand messaging and content strategy across digital channels, and strengthen local brand presence through offline events, linking all leads into CRM journeys.

Qualifications - Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team - Strong background in digital marketing within fast-changing environments - Solid understanding of performance marketing (PPC) - Working knowledge of CRM marketing and customer journey management - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Kakao CRM - Hands-on experience designing and operating marketing automation journeys - Experience connecting performance marketing with CRM initiatives - Experience working with global or regional teams - Native proficiency in Korean, Business-level English proficiency
