Role Overview: Consultant The program includes a rotation system that allows you to participate in up to three different projects or teams within the organization. Your first rotation will be in the Delivery area. As a STAR student, you'll gain hands-on experience in consulting and project management, helping to drive innovation and customer satisfaction. - Support customer engagement activities: Facilitate communication between SAP and customers by conveying customer requirements to consultants and providing SAP guidelines. - Act as a PMO, monitoring project progress from initiation to delivery and tracking and addressing issues to ensure timely resolution. - Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activities to ensure projects align with solution constraints, required prerequisites, and any changes in the delivered solution. - Support relationship-building with strategic customers and participate in governance processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Program & Work Details - 18-month structured program with learning, mentorship, and rotations - Employment Type: Fixed-term Intern 18 months - Probation Period: 3 months from the date of hire (extendable if necessary) - The detailed working conditions will be subject to the employment agreement - Full-time (40 hrs/week) during breaks; part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time during semesters - Flexible hours aligned with academic schedules - Eligible to apply for full-time roles after 9 months and graduation - Supports university field practicum / academic credit programs (대학 현장실습 프로그램 / 학점인정 프로그램).
