담당업무
1) Provide comprehensive support to a senior executive, including both professional and personal duties.
2) Manage professional and personal calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
3) Prepare for meetings and events, including creating and organizing relevant documents.
4) Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.
5) Carry out any other duties as directed by the executive.우대사항
1) Demonstrated experience and expertise in professional administrative or secretarial roles.
2) Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and VIPs.
3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4) A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
