Where can I find the best raw fish in Seoul? I haven't been to Noryangjin yet, but some people told me that they sell overpriced raw fish there. Do you know where I can get fresh raw fish at an affordable price? It doesn't have to be a restaurant.

You should try the raw fish restaurants. They are different from Japanese restaurants where raw fish is served as sashimi. Rather, Korean style raw fish is less consistent in size and texture, in my opinion. You need to look for restaurants that serve hwareohoe (활어회), which basically means live raw fish. This means that they have been killed just before being served rather than left to rest for a while.
