anyone bought a house in Korea?

2024.09.20 13:37I'm a foreign national working under e-7 for about 3 years now. I'm looking to purchase a home as I foresee myself in Korea with my family. With housing prices skyrocketing in Seoul, I'm very new to financing (debt, etc) here in Korea. Has anyone bought a house in Korea? if yes how did you finance it?

To finance, it's common to get house loans, but I'm not sure if you can still get loans based on E-7 visa.
