2024.09.27 14:29다들 한국에 집 살 때 전세담보대출/ (신용)대출/ 현금으로 사시나요? 전체 현금으로 바로 사기에는 돈이 부족하고 대출(신용/ 담보)로 사고 싶은데 부동산에 대해서 아시는 분들 계신가요?

10개월 전I cannot even imagine about buying the house here. First of all, the price is unbelievable. Second of all, I am not quite sure whether I want to live here forever (at least 10 years more) or not.
I know that even foreigners can get a loan, but doing such a contract in foreign country when my Korean is not as good for legal level is a bit terrifying for me. However, I really hope I could at least live in 전세 place any time soon.
