Night shift at convenience store

Has anyone worked the night shift at a convenience store? It is from 10 pm to 8 am. I originally applied for a day shift, but the owner who interviewed me said that position was already taken, but I could do a night shift instead if I wanted. It's close to where I live and the area is pretty safe, so I'm not worried about safety, but I'm mostly worried about my sleep schedule. If I work 2 night shifts a week, would it completely ruin my sleep routine?
