Not that easy, but as long you speak Korean a little they will be friendly. Try to go for older people they might be more friendly lol

make sure you go to every hwaeshik haha if you miss one it’s a huge thing

If you speak Korean, it definitely makes things easier since you can connect on a deeper level. However, aside from that, I've rarely heard of people having trouble communicating with locals in a work environment.
