Fee payable to property agent

They say there is a formula based on mix of deposit amount and monthly rental. Based on my deposit and monthly rental, the fee comes out to be around KRW 500,000 and agent asked this amount.
I feel it’s too much.

1년 전Mine was KRW 850K and I gave them KRW 500K and said “take it or leave” lol. Ignore all the negative stuff they are saying to you. They just want to earn more money.

1년 전You don’t have the pay the full amount. Try to negotiate from 50% (KRW 250,000 in your case) from total amount and agree somewhere around ~KRW 300,000. They yell at you and say some bad words, but it’s okay. You won’t see them again.
