Is This Normal or Am I Just Unlucky? 🤷

Yesterday, my boss yelled at me during the project presentation —facepalming, full-on raised voice, sighing, and acting like an adult trying to teach a baby. I've already seen him doing it to other emploees but bro, why do you gotta yell am I deaf? I’m just a cutie patootie doing my job as best as I can (and I’m pretty good at it too), so stop bothering me! 😂 Haven’t been yelled at like this since my master’s program, when my prof would scream at us during thesis prep. Honestly, they’d make a great match. Makes me wonder—why did the previous employees spoil him so much that he thinks this behavior is okay? 🚨 BIG BIG Trouble To make things worse, our design team leader is leaving next year—or maybe even next month. Without them, I’m honestly scared how chaotic things will get. Don't feel ready of taking responsibility for their work just yet.... Dealing with the boss will probably become unbearable. Honestly, I’m sticking around for now—I need the visa, the money, and some experience in this field before moving on. But I can’t help but wonder: is this normal in Korea? Based on my experiences so far, I think I know the answer. Or maybe I just have bad luck finding workplaces that respect the craft, process and their f*ing employees? 🤷 If you’ve been through something similar or have tips for dealing with a boss like this, let me know! 🙏 I kinda feel like I just come here to complain about my bad choices when choosing workplace lol
