Why we post our Profiles in Lounge now?

I’ve been away for a while, but since coming back, I noticed people started sharing their profiles to find jobs in the Lounge. I mean, it’s not really bad, but I don’t think it works like that... right? Do business owners even check the Lounge when they post jobs? It’s not Craigslist and it's starting to feel cluttered with all the profile posts... I know we all want to work, but I’m honestly curious—has anyone actually gotten an offer this way? It got me thinking—what if this actually became a feature, page or section? Recruiters or employers could not just list positions but also browse member profiles, self introductions using keywords and send offers directly. Sounds like a solid next update, no? What do you guys think?
