G1 visa

I had a quick search on the Internet. ----- Foreign nationals residing in South Korea must obtain prior approval from the Minister of Justice if they wish to engage in activities outside of their permitted stay qualification. G-1 visa holders are eligible for employment through this special permission after six months of stay. Engaging in employment without obtaining this approval may result in penalties such as fines or deportation.

Foreign nationals holding a G-1 visa must meet at least one of the following conditions to engage in employment activities: 1️⃣ Family members of a deceased individual due to an accident, etc. (G-1-7) 2️⃣ Individuals requiring humanitarian consideration, such as victims of sexual violence (G-1-11) 3️⃣ Individuals who fall under other applicable circumstances 4️⃣ Those who have applied for refugee status and have been waiting for more than six months 5️⃣ Individuals who were not granted refugee
