How I get my part-time job in Hongdae

Just wanna share some of the experiences about my part-time job! 😎 Where did I find my alba? I know a friend who work in the escape room in Hongdae area but she needs to go somewhere for a week so she asked me to covered for her. I went for an interview with the Sajangnim and I get to sign contract for 1 month (Ended up did that alba for 6 months lol) because they need people anyway (I was super lucky 🍀🍀🍀🍀) Is the interview hard? Basically they will ask questions to test your Korean level. Mine is conversational but enough to give the guests the instructions to play sooo 🫣 The questions were mainly about - How long will I stay in Korea. - What's my visa - If they accept me, will I be able to work for a long time - Can I pick up phone and do reservations all in Korean - Can I cover night shifts on weekends What was the best part? 1. First of all, my Korean getting sooo soooo much better since I have no choice but to talk to everyone in Korean (maybe only 10% in English...) 2. The people are so cool there! Like they always throw you a pizza party or ddeokbokki party 3. Sajangnim is very generous and willing to help you 4. The colleagues always teach me Korean (sometimes helps me do my homework) 🥹 Hope you guys find the alba like this as well! Let's have fun in Korea🇰🇷
