Baseball is more than just a sport in South Korea; it’s a cultural phenomenon that unites people from all walks of life. From the crack of the bat to the roar of the crowd, the game has an infectious energy that fills stadiums across the country. Baseball games in Korea are not just about the sport—they’re an entire experience that includes great food, community, and shared excitement. I never considered myself a baseball fan until I found *최강야구* (*A Clean Sweep*) on Netflix. What started as a casual show to pass the time quickly turned into an obsession. The series not only introduced me to the world of Korean baseball but also gave me a crash course on the rules, players, and strategies of the game. Motivated by my newfound interest, I decided to attend my very first live baseball game in March. The experience was absolutely incredible. Walking into the stadium, I could immediately feel the energy in the air. The crowd was buzzing with excitement, and the constant chanting and singing created a dynamic environment that was unlike anything I had ever experienced. The game was insane since the first batter hit a HOME RUN!! I think it would be a good experience to watch the game once while you're in Korea~~

Have a baseball crackhead colleague, his stories about the vibe and energy during the game peaked my interest. Going to my first game next month! BTW Which team did you watch playing?
